Group Exercise

Our members can choose from over 125 group exercise classes each week. Experience smart, progressive classes taught by the most talented instructors in the Bay Area. Our dynamic staff and superb facilities (which include 2 group exercise studios, an official Spinning facility and Fitness Center) make exercising a joy!

We design our class schedule to accommodate every level of fitness and to offer all modes of cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility training. Download the current Group Exercise schedule. Specialty Programs

Want to add more variety to your routine? Treat yourself to a PAC specialty program. We offer a variety of programs every month, like PowerFit Training, Cycle Camp, Post-natal Fitness, Adult Ballet, Yoga Seminars and Dance Choreography.
