Personal Training
Personal training ensures that you will achieve your fitness goals in the safest, most efficient way possible. Improve your results, save time and enjoy your workout more. Once you experience the attention and expertise of our personal trainers, you won’t want to work out without one.
All of our trainers are certified by one or more of the top three certifying organizations: the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). They also have extensive experience across a wide range of interests. Some of our most popular requests include: body shaping, sport-specific conditioning, functional training, pre- and postnatal exercise, rehabilitation (post–physical therapy) and plyometric training.
You can work with a personal trainer one-on-one or in a small group. Either way, your trainer will develop a workout regimen specifically tailored to you. At PAC our training services are designed to help you:

Cost
