Are you brand new to yoga? Feeling anxious about walking into a large established yoga class? This program is perfect for anyone who is brand new to yoga and wants to learn the fundamentals. This workshop teaches how to use props like bolsters, blocks and straps and it includes an introduction to the importance of breath.
Classes are held on the fourth Saturday of each month from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm in Studio 2.
Cost: $30
Please bring a yoga mat.
Advance registration is required.
Program instructor is Pacific Athletic Club Yoga Instructor, Diane Milner. Diane is a certified yoga instructor with more than seven years of teaching experience.
