Stroke School (Pre-Swim Team)
Stroke School is designed for advanced swimmers who are not yet ready for swim team, but are interested in improving their strokes and building endurance. Participants must have passed Level 5 swim lessons at PAC and/or be able to swim continuously for 25 yards on both front and back with the instructor out of the water. Emphasis is on developing efficient freestyle and backstroke techniques. Butterfly, breaststroke, and racing dives will also be introduced.
Ages 5 - 7. Monday-Thursdays, 4:00 - 4:30 pm, $75/month
Ages 8 - 12. Monday-Thurdays, 5:30 - 6:15 pm, $85/month
Ages 5 – 8. Saturdays, 11:00 – 11:30 am, $40/month
Ages 5 - 8. Saturdays, 11:30 am - Noon, $40/month
Ages 8 - 12. Saturdays, 12:00 - 1:00 pm. $75/month
Ages 7 - 12. Sundays, 12:00 - 1:00 pm. $75/month
Panthers Swim Team
Whether you are a returning summer team swimmer or new to swimming, we combine quality instruction with fun activities to create a positive athletic team experience. Practices are offered Monday through Friday so that families can have a flexible practice schedule. Swim team practice will begin on Tuesday, September 8.
Cubs
4:30 - 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday. This is an introductory level group. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke and 25 yards of breaststroke and butterfly kick. Cost per month: $77 family memberships, $89 indiv/couple membership
Blue Group
4:00 - 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday. Swimmers must be able to swim a continuous 100 IM with good form in each stroke. Cost per month: $87 family membership, $100 indiv/couple membership
White Group
4:30 - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Swimmers must able to swim 8x75 freestyle under two minutes, as well as a continuous 200 IM with good form. Cost per month: $92 family membership, $106 indiv/couple membership
Grey & Black Group
4:30 - 6:15 pm, Monday - Friday. Swimmers must be able to swim 8x100 freestyle under two minutes and a legal 200 IM. They must also compete in USA swim meets and have achieved B time standards. Cost per month: $97 family membership, $112 indiv/couple membership
